How to lose 10kg in 1 month without exercise
Jeera (Cumin seeds) and Water
One of the most notable weight loss characteristics of cumin seeds, according to scientific research, is that cumin can help your body to digest and absorb lipids (fats) efficiently. As you exercise and choose to eat healthy foods, cumin can maximise on those positive life change.
- At night, take a glass of water.
- Mix 2 teaspoon of cumin seeds and stir it well.
- Once done, let it remain and be soaked till next morning.
- Separate the cumin seed next morning.
- And drink in empty stomach.
For flavour you can add lemon too, to make more of it.
Note: If you go to gym, you can have it before gym. You should have your breakfast 1 hour after consumption. If your pregnant then you should consult your doctor before consuming it.
Ginger, lemon and honey
I remember, when i was in college how my friend, a girl lost more than 5kgs in a month and that too without getting any weakness or health issues. I asked her she told about this recipe. I am sharing this here too. Hope this will benefit you guys.
- Take a glass of water and put in a bowl.
- Add 2 small slices of garlic and let it boil.
- Pour out water into a glass and let it coll down a bit till it becomes lukewarm.
- Add one teaspoon of honey and half lemon.
- Stir them well.
- Take this in empty stomach.
Note: You can take this before going to gym. And have breakfast 1 hour after consuming this. Pregnant women should consult their doctor before having this.
So apart from what i mentioned above you should also have to follow below criterias:
Leave all kind of sugar intake
Sugar or starch which is one of the most common thing that could make you add some pounds in some days. On daily basis you should have a check on your sugar intake. Especially when you have a cup of coffee or tea try not to add up sugar, or even if you want to add in less quantity.
Stop having the packed foods
The food that comes in packed forms are mostly having high calorie content and less fibre content. Calorie you all know is essential for our body, but taking a lot of it could make your body gain weight fast and also could make you sick. Whereas, fibre is the element that is helpful in burning the unhealthy fast within our body.
Adding fibre rich food in your diet could help your digestion slow which in turn makes you feel less hungry and therefore you start losing weight.
Drink 3-4 litres of water a day
Water is very much essential for our body when it comes to increasing the metabolism rate.
Consuming water regularly could help you cut off some weights. Not only this water intake in proper interval could also make your mind fresh and your hair and skin healthy.
It is advised to have 3-4 litres of water every day. But keep one thing in mind, drink water in regular interval not at a once.

- Add 2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar into a glass.
- Put some lukewarm water into it.
- For more flavour you could add lemon into it.
Note : Have this 30 minutes after every meal.

Add green tea to you diet

Sleep well and appropriately
